How To Visit

Pre-registration for AE 2009 / IA 2009 is now closed.

Kindly register on-site as a walk-in visitor at any of the Visitor Registration counters located outside Hall 1 as follows:

15 - 17 July 2009 ( 10.00 am to 6.00 pm)
18 July 2009 ( 10.00 am to 5.00 pm)

Please note the following :

IMPORTANT! Who Qualifies for Admission
  • The exhibition is open to professionals, trade and business visitors only
  • The general public and minors 18 years and below will not be allowed admission
  • Admission is FREE but by Visitor Tickets and Business Cards registration only

ATTIRE
  • All visitors must be properly attired. Any improperly attired visitor will not be permitted entry. Any trade visitors in shorts, sleeveless t-shirts / shirts, slippers or a combination of all will not be permitted entry.

VERY IMPORTANT NOTE
  • Please note that the Organiser reserves the right not to permit entry to any individual organisation or group at their discretion.
